Apria Healthcare cared for me very well 20 years ago when I was first diagnosed with OSA, and 10 years ago when I got a new C-PAP. This year - it took them over a week to get my new CPAP to me. The therapist did not consult with me about preferences (I do not want the ramp feature). The new machine - ResMed AirSense 10 - wakes me, on average, 15 times a night by ramping the pressure down. I have called, requesting to speak with a respiratory therapist, and my doctor's office has now called twice to have a therapist call me. I have A-fib and high blood pressure. This new machine is making my condition worse, but Apria does not respond. Yet their customer service people end every call with "Thanks for being what makes Apria Health Care great!" It used to be a reliable company. What has happened?!

Their Medicare contract states they will come to your home, deliver your equipment, set it up and instruct you on how to use it. Apria made me come to their office and pick it up. All they did was hand me the box and say "Bye".
