Buyer beware. They said I could try a phone for 14 days. Signal was weak. When I returned the next day they told me to come back the next day because the boss would be in to close it out. I went the next day no boss, charged me $25. So much for a free trial. Also it took them nearly an hour to set up the phone and they told me it would be cheaper. Actually it works out $15 more than my present service each month Really was a rip off and leaves a sour taste. T Mobile? Never again :(

$300 early deactivation fee when all others are $200
They say 14 day trial but actually if you use more than 15 minutes airtime trial is over and you can't cancel without paying the $300

They say they will pay your cancellation fees for existing service. But there is a $30 activation fee so it is not an easy switch.

Service is poor compared to the other providers
